UNCERTAIN GERMANIC TRIBES, Aurum Barbarorum. Late 3rd-early 4th centuries. 'Aureus' (Subaeratus, 19 mm, 2.79 g, 11 h), 'Plated Group'. Imitating Probus, 276-282. MƧII - OS II ⅃ Cuirassed bust of Probus to left, wearing crested helmet and holding spear over his right shoulder; below the bust, o o. Rev. OIIƧIIՒ - Ƨ-oH[.]No Roma, helmeted, seated left on throne, holding wreath (or stylized Victory?) in her right hand and spear in her left; between throne and spear, o; in exergue, decorative zigzag line. Aurum Barbarorum III, 2411. Pierced and with some breaks in plating, otherwise, very fine.

This coin is from the same workshop as Aurum Barbarorum III, 2410 and 2411, displaying similar annulets on the emperor's cuirass and below the bust, and decorative zigzag lines in the exergue of the reverse.
